House was great, I stayed just prior to this location at another property managed by same company and without going into crazy detail or complaining a whole lot I’ll just say flat out the money we spent would have 1000% been better spent at a nice hotel. Didn’t have the best impression from this company and the way they do things coming from a hospitality background in high end hotels. If you don’t really care about any of that and just want access to a great house (albeit not really managed well) then I’d say this place is perfect for you.

It was indeed cozy. Location was great for walkability, proximity to the MAX and highway (but far enough away where it wasn’t audible). The ADU was clean and quiet. Only had two gripes which dinged them a star. 1) the climate system’s controls were too bright, even after set at lowest brightness. I eventually put a hand towel over them. 2) the communication was automated, clearly copy/pasted because some mentioned specific properties. Just felt corporate and inauthentic, as if I was interacting with AI. Their last communication was soliciting a 5 star review, explaining how even a 4 star can hurt their business. That being said, I still might consider this property in the future but not necessarily other iTrp Northwest properties.

The house and dishes were dirty. Some of the bedding was dirty as well. Many pieces of the house were in disrepair and repaired with tape. The yards grass was dead. In addition when we had to cancel our trip early due to a family emergency we reach out to the company to be as cooperative and transparent as possible. During our discussion there was indication that we could get a partial refund. However, we were told to handle it through Airbnb and then the company ghosted us and when we got Airbnb involved they basically refused the partial refund. If you want a reliable and cooperative hosting company I say go anywhere else then here.

The unit was clean and spacious. Good for a short stay if you have a car to get around in. The unit is off of a busy mountain road, not much is walkable nearby. The pet relief area is a small astro turf board over a drain (a ~3 feet by 6 inch board) so if your fur babies need a bit of walking to relieve themselves that is a bit tricky to handle in this unit. All walkable access is roped off.
