“Overall, the place was great and near N. Mississippi Avenue, which is such a fun part of Portland—especially the crew at Von Ebert Brewing. The home was as expected and the host were communicative. The downsides to this place are: (1) Needs a good pest treatment. We killed A LOT of spiders and dealt with sugar ants in the master bathroom. Fortunately, there were ant traps in the house already. (2) The home is located directly across from the I-405 on ramp, which made for really noisy mornings and evenings when people were commuting. (3) Several small maintenance issues that were not addressed before we moved in. For example, one of the master bathroom sinks was clogged and the ceiling fan remote would not work properly. (4) The rent does not include utilities—which was disclosed in advance but is just plain annoying because it makes budgeting more difficult and is a hassle to pay.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The house was near a park that our children loved to play at. The neighbors were friendly, too. The house was a luxurious, beautiful home inside and out. One thing to keep in mind, aside from coffee table books there are no other books or board games, so be sure to bring your own. All in all, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of our stay and would stay there again if the need arose.”
