“Beautiful views and close enough to beach access/restaurants/stores/etc. while also being just far enough away to have lots of privacy and quiet. House was as described, no surprises.”

“My family has been coming to Pacific City for years, we have stayed a lot of different places. This house was perfect. It housed us comfortably, there was plenty of space to let the dogs roam and the kids play. It was clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds. We will be booking again.”

“We booked this home because of its advertised “Truly Epic Panoramic Ocean Views.” Unfortunately, those views no longer exist as pictured. A large home is under construction directly in front of the property, dramatically changing the view and the experience we expected. We paid a premium for a setting that no longer matched the photos or description. When we contacted the host company, we expected at least an acknowledgment that the listing no longer represented the property. Instead, the company acknowledged our frustration and said construction is “outside of our control” There was no apology, no recognition that the views had fundamentally changed, and no effort to make the situation right. Worse, after this, the host stopped responding to any of our messages on multiple platforms over days. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped. Our disappointment was with the inaccurate listing and the host's dismissive response and then disappearance after we raised the issue.”
