“We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Had everything we needed, and when we had questions, we received a response quickly. We would definitely book this house again.”

“This was an A+ Airbnb experience! It was exactly as described. The location was easy to find with huge house numbers at the street. The house was squeaky clean! It is very roomy with a super comfy sectional couch. Kitchen is large and has what you need. Deck has a great view of the lake and lower deck area. There is even a dock! Loved watching the deer in the yard and boaters on the water. It felt private. Meredith lodging was extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely rent this again if in the area!”

“Unfortunately this stay fell well below our expectations. The house was noticeably dirty on arrival, with dead flies, dirty window tracks filled with paint chips, debris, and broken nails. This was a significant safety issue for our kids. We had to leave many windows closed. There was enough dirt on the floors that our baby had black hands and knees after crawling for one minute. Although it was only 65°F during the day and 55°F overnight, the house was *very* hot. We tried cooling it with fans for an hour, but when wildfire smoke arrived we had to close the windows, and the house remained uncomfortably warm all night. With no air conditioning or other way to cool the house, we ultimately ended our stay the next morning. The home also appeared unfinished in places, with unpainted trim that did not match the "exceptional" description in the listing. The host offered to send cleaners the next day, which we appreciated, but these issues should have been addressed before guests arrived.”

“This is a beautifully remodeled lake house! It's clear someone invested in this place as a private getaway for their own family, as they did a wonderfully quality job at the remodel (the bathrooms were like a high-end hotel). It has a bunch of amenities (treadmill, video games, board games, kayaks, and my wife schooled me at table tennis!) and is incredibly clean and comfortable inside. Outside was a bit less groomed (lots of cobwebs and such), but it's out on the lake in nature with geese and other animals visiting daily (and dropping 'gifts' all over as they go). We caught amazing weather, so the place was quite magical for our stay!”
