Here's a balanced and honest Airbnb review you can use: --- The location of this place is absolutely stunning—beautiful ocean views and access to a private beach made it a very relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a real treat. However, the furniture could use some updating. The sofa and chairs felt quite old and worn, and the beds were spring-based and a bit uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. If you're looking for unbeatable views and beach access, this is a great spot, but keep the furniture in mind when booking.”
