“Lots of ants in the kitchen, which explained the many ant traps they had laid around. We spent a few hundred dollars on groceries and had to throw away at least $50 worth of them due to the ant party that we were unaware we would be hosting. 😔 didn’t offer to credit us or anything for this loss which was unfortunate. Groceries are expensive.”

“Beautiful surroundings and views. The house was a tad beat up with carpet stains. No beach chairs provided. Contacted host about checking in one hour early. We’re told they would keep us posted and then they never reached back out. We literally sat in the car across from the house and watched nobody enter or exit the house the last hour prior to check in. The place was difficult to find, directions would have been appreciated. Overall, aside from these minor inconveniences, the location is killer. Gorgeous little town and great house overall.”

“Casa"No": The temperature read at 87° at check in, it took about three hours to cool down. The hot tub had murky water with residue, never got addressed by Casago despite my repeated inquiries. The dishwasher had an old out-of-order sign, I then saw another review about the same problem back in January of this year, so obviously, they have no intention of replacing the dilapidated appliances, yet you still insist on charging your guests a full price for this partly functional inferior rental only cloaked by AI assisted inaccurate photos on the web description. The dryer didn’t work either. The power cord appeared to be partly pulled out, almost as if to ensure the guest wouldn’t be able to use it or something, and I wouldn’t have felt safe enough to try to re-plug it back in anyway. As the photos show, your electric cooktop and the glass on the oven look very dirty and in need of replacement. The carpet had stains all over the place. The couch had a bad, greasy smell with brown spots”

“Beautiful place. Loved seeing the beach during sunrise and sunset. Some dishes still had food on it. Bedroom pillows in main bedroom did have visible dirt marks. Other than that it was wonderful to stay at. Nice and quiet neighborhood.”

“It would have been nice if the windows had screens since no AC on the hot days we arrived. The oven hadn’t been cleaned in a long time or the people before us wreaked it. So it started smoking and I couldn’t use it for breakfast”
