“Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. The location was BEAUTIFUL and quiet with a great view of the lighthouse and easy access to various points around Newport, either by walking or a short drive. We had two kids and they loved the abundance of toys, books, games, etc. The only downside was that the property was a little more run down than we would have expected for the price. Several dishes/ pieces of cookware in the kitchen were dirty, some blinds were broken, there were a couple of broken cabinets in the kitchen, and the dishwasher doesn’t really work (which may explain the dirty dishes). We didn’t try the hot tub or fire pit while we were there, but I’m sure those are both great.”

“Very open and friendly layout, and perfect for kids! We’d loved the short trail to the beach and the beach itself the most. We loved the view also, as you can sea the coast line and waves from the upstairs windows!”

“Beautiful location in Newport, with views of the lighthouse and Yaquina Head. A short walk to a very uncrowded beach. Comfortable and clean with lots of spaces to hang out.”

“Big home and lots of toys. Good working hot tub. Only real view is from hot tub on second floor on small deck. Not an easy walk to the beach down a steep hill a few blocks away. Nice fire pit in back yard. Construction across the street with trucks in this driveway.”
