“This place is in an excellent location if you using the marina. The view is spectacular and the space was good for our extended family. As others stated it could have been a bit cleaner, specifically the screens in the bathroom on the ground floor, but overall it was good. A few more coffee cups and hand towels would have been nice but otherwise a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this place again next year for our annual crabbing trip.”

“Location is great and the place in general is a good value but years of lack of maintenance and upkeep turn this beautiful place into a mediocre stay. Towels and linens with multiple stains, blankets with tears, and pillows with holes. Both faucets were super loose and the kitchen sink leaks because of it. The sleeper sofa had Doritos along with tons of other crumbs in it when we opened it. All simple fixes and standard upkeep/maintenance that would make a major improvement to feeling like you get what you paid for. Honestly, it just seems like the management company is letting the place slowly disintegrate.”

“View was fantastic and the space was ok. Quiet and felt private. Small improvements like trim repair and dry wall repair is needed. The shower was barely warm enough. Alive bug found in bed when I went to climb in it. Coffee maker present but NO coffee. Check out at 10am feels a little early too.”

“This was my third visit to this home, although it has been years. I love the location! The space is very nice and roomy (with the exception of the kitchen dining area). Unfortunately, the place just seemed run down. Lots of little things began to add up: recycling bin left full, the kitchen floor wasn't swept, there was only one teaspoon, the grater was in pieces, the blinds didn't always go all the way up, the heat seemed to be on all the time (upstairs) and we had to open the sliding door to cool the unit -- in October. The bodywash in the downstairs bathroom ran out halfway through my second shower and there we no refills under the sink. The rug under the coffee table was curled on two ends and after we both tripped on it, I rolled it up and put it in a closet -- it was a tripping hazard. The floor was very dirty under the rug. My biggest concern was that the front door lock did not have an operational deadbolt, and while it locked, it didn't feel very secure.”

“I wish I had a better review for this house. 1) Cleanliness: First off, here was dog poop left on the living room carpet when we walked in! There was trash left in drawers. There was old food on the pan. Greasy plates. The outside of the windows aren't cleaned. 2) Kitchen needs work. Pans are old. Utensils are old. 3)Bathrooms: were fine. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the downstairs bathroom were EMPTY!! 4) Location was great. You can walk to the beach. There are steps both ways. LOTS of uphill on the way back on the closer trail. Not good for those with mobility issues. Close to town. Overall, why we chose this place. 5) Overall we had a nice time. We wanted to be together for a family reunion and we enjoyed our time. Everyone had a bed. Beds were comfortable. They accommodated my husbands boat. We had a very nice time. You get what you pay for p.s. DO NOT LOCK THE BOTTOM LOCK. One of us did and that one doesn't have a key. You could be locked out!!!”
