“Lots of problems with the lock. Pain the the butt to find someone to help. There does seem to be no Avari personnel in town. Matt, one of the guys working around the area was the best help.”

“Excellent location, amazing house!! Beautiful inside and very large and spacious. My main complaint is the blinds are see through and let a ton of light in. Not ideal if you’re not a morning person. Also, the door code was like 13 digits long and it was pretty difficult to get in. The door locks behind you every time, and we had to go in through a window once”

“Lovely place, great bay view, and peacefully quiet. Had our challenges getting in to the rental. There must have been a property management change as the entry instructions were wrong. Took longer than we would have liked it to take, but once in, the stay was a delight.”

“Instructions should be left on how to use the TV with all 3 remotes. If you don’t use Ruku you are at a disadvantage.”

“Great location! Beautiful view of the marina, and you can fish and crab off of the dock! The kitchen was not stocked with any cooking essentials not even salt and pepper, very minimal cooking equipment”
