“Place looked nice in pictures but in reality not clean and maintained. You enter through a dirty and dusty garage which already gives an indication of how the house is. One shower not working. Beds and bathrooms with hair. Sheets, comforters and towels smelly and unclean. Was told they only wash comforters at most 4 times a year per company policy which is unhygienic - we only knew about this when I complained and after one night and felt itchy. Kitchen utensils need upgrading and the dishwasher almost breaking down. After complaining, they indicated they will refund the cleaning fee. Thank you for that but our vacation already ruined by these inconveniences.”

“The property was gorgeous me and my sister came here for her birthday and loved the views from the property we just wish the property was better taken care of we found lots of bunt our lights in the rooms and hallways and the stove / oven was hard to work for normal people and the trash was full outside when we arrived as well and a bird was living in a nest by the front door as well response times could have been better as well overall good place.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, and the views were simply stunning—actually even better than the photos. Waking up to the beautiful outlook each day was a real highlight. The house itself is a little dated as per the pictures, but it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in an incredible location with spectacular views, this is a wonderful choice. We’d happily stay again.”

“The good: right on the water and just a short set of steps takes you down to a beautiful beach. The view out the window are incredible, the bed is fairly comfy, and the shower was clean. The bad: this place is not well kept or clean. All the furniture is worn, unclean, and has seen far better days. The black chair by the window has a visible butt size stain, everything is chipped, peeling, dirty, and sticky. This feels like the house you'd go to as a little kid and come up with all sorts of excuses, not to sit down on any soft surfaces. The biggest disappointment was the smell. A previous reviewer had noted that this place had a strange smell. I reached out to the owners to follow up on it who stated they had the problem treated, but this place still stinks. It's a mix between urine and must. There are no curtains on the large windows that face the sun and blinds that barely work. This made sleeping and temperature control with no fan very hard”

“The property was all weeds past our knees. It is pet friendly but we couldn’t let our dog out due to the condition of the lawn and not being able to see if the fence was complete. Part of the fence was falling down and there was not enough furniture for even four people let alone if we would have had six like the listing says.”
