“The house is amazing. The owners are constantly watching you through the cameras and the neighbors are continuously stepping outside checking on what you are doing at the house. Very little to no privacy at this home. Would not recommend!”

“Neskowin is my favorite place on the coast, and I always enjoy staying at Proposal Rock Inn. This was my first time in this unit. The space has been tastefully updated. This is hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at an Air BNB. The linens were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably stocked. You may want to bring your own toiletries, as the ones provided are pretty basic. This unit doesn't have a view. Hawk Creek sits right below it, but being on the third floor you can't really see it unless you stand at the rail. It is also on the north end of the complex, so you will hear/see more people than if you were further south. Also note check out time is 10am, and as the listing says, there isn't any coffee provided. Neskowin Provisions has amazing coffee, pastries and sandwiches, so you will be well taken care of! Overall, would return and would recommend!”

“Everything was wonderful about this place. It reminds me of grandma’s cabin on the beach! Nostalgic and cozy. I did not like having to communicate with an AI bot for communication. There’s no response to a real question and I find that hard to work with when you’re on vacation and have real concerns. Besides that excellent place for the price.”
