“Overall it was fine for what we needed. I will say there was a noticeable smell in the bedrooms that honestly was like mildew especially because the carpets felt slightly damp. Carpet also had a lot of what appeared to be bleach stains and discoloration. The house needs repair, which is fine I guess I get it. Location was pretty central to the coast but closer to northern coast. Apple Maps takes you to the wrong address but this isn’t the hosts fault. Host was always responsive too.”

“The view is beautiful and this is a very basic place to stay. It was mostly clean, but one bathroom did have a strange smell, we just didn't use it. The hot tub was great, and overall it felt private. We were very disappointed bc at the time of our booking, they advertised a high chair and pack and play and we have a 1.5yr old, but when we got there, neither were there. It took many back and forths to communicate with an actual person and even then, they did not get us a safe place for our child to sleep the first night we were there. The second day they did bring a pack and play, but there never was a high chair. Considering this place is not walkable to any place to eat, this was extremely inconvienent and I would not recommend for a family. In addition, the trailhead is more like a 30min walk, 10mins is to the road that leads to the trailhead.”

“A decent place to stay. It’s very clearly a property management company. They are organized and communicative but it lacks all of the homey personal pieces of an Airbnb run by locals. It was moderately clean with some leaves and dust under random beds and furniture. The pillows on the beds had protectors on them but not pillow cases which was odd. And we found some random pills (Tylenol or Aleve) on the floor which was a big deal for us traveling with a toddler and infant. The scenery right on the river was beautiful. The wildlife was fun for us and our kids. We saw otters, herons, and owls right off our dock. Easy to get into town and the management company was thorough. However, whatever cleaning service they use should be reevaluated.”

“This could have been a 5 rating but it’s barely a 1. Long after we secured the ARBNB, this company sends (about a week prior to rental period) a LONG ‘waiver’ which basically signs the renter’s rights away! Have used ARBNB for yrs & NEVER have encountered this. It felt slimy, so I checked with ARBNB who texted that I did not need to sign. For the price, it has a weird layout, very STEEP stairs to the bedrooms, smells bad & they expected us to strip beds & start the wash. I always leave places I stay in pristine: doing dishes, stripping beds, starting wash but I resented doing so as this company does not seem to put customer satisfied first. I suggest everyone should stay away from renting through them!”
