“A decent place to stay. It’s very clearly a property management company. They are organized and communicative but it lacks all of the homey personal pieces of an Airbnb run by locals. It was moderately clean with some leaves and dust under random beds and furniture. The pillows on the beds had protectors on them but not pillow cases which was odd. And we found some random pills (Tylenol or Aleve) on the floor which was a big deal for us traveling with a toddler and infant. The scenery right on the river was beautiful. The wildlife was fun for us and our kids. We saw otters, herons, and owls right off our dock. Easy to get into town and the management company was thorough. However, whatever cleaning service they use should be reevaluated.”

“This could have been a 5 rating but it’s barely a 1. Long after we secured the ARBNB, this company sends (about a week prior to rental period) a LONG ‘waiver’ which basically signs the renter’s rights away! Have used ARBNB for yrs & NEVER have encountered this. It felt slimy, so I checked with ARBNB who texted that I did not need to sign. For the price, it has a weird layout, very STEEP stairs to the bedrooms, smells bad & they expected us to strip beds & start the wash. I always leave places I stay in pristine: doing dishes, stripping beds, starting wash but I resented doing so as this company does not seem to put customer satisfied first. I suggest everyone should stay away from renting through them!”
