“Good place to stay”

“Apartment building itself is nice, however, the pictures are deceiving. Much smaller than expected and underwhelming. Additionally did not feel safe in the area at all ran into multiple shady people in the alley. Walls are very thin does not feel private, could hear everything going on in the hall and outside.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The unit was not properly cleaned, with visible dust, dirt, hair, dirty bathroom floors, and stained pillowcases. More concerning was an exposed nail protruding from a repaired section of flooring next to the bed that I stepped on. We also lost hot water less than 10 minutes into a shower. We provided the host with numerous photos and videos, including timestamped photos they requested. Despite the cleanliness issues and safety hazard, the host only offered a 50% refund because we stayed both nights, even after we explained we were from out of town, had already paid, and had no practical alternative accommodations. The condition of the unit did not match the listing photos.”

“Visited a friend in Medford and this place was convenient and centrally located! Great burritos just a block away, as well as a large Safeway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a couple days.”

“Stay Rogue's house is a cute older house packed into a residential neighborhood near downtown Medford. It has all the essentials, including thoughtful touches like a Brita pitcher chilling water in the fridge and bath salts in the soaking tub. The decor is on point! Things to note for sensitive folks like me: There is a lot of textile decor–macrame, pillows, throw blankets, carpets, long curtains–trapping dust according to my allergen-sensitive nose. The beds were too soft and spongey for us.”
