“Quite clean and loved the hot tub!”

“Good floor plan for three. Nice location to Phoenix and the Foodery. Air conditioning and washer dryer worked well.”

“The clawfoot tub is beautiful but the shower liner lines the bottom of the tub when closed and is quite an uncomfortable showering experience. The liner was new enough but it does make the shower experience a bit icky”

“It was an ok stay, access to the river was great the trail could use some attention. The place was clean the bed was comfortable the furniture is dated and the coffee table needs replaced. Fair price for the stay.”

“This property is smaller but updated. It was close enough to Funko HQ and downtown Everett with lots of restaurants. It was a longer walk from the Amtrak station, but doable in good weather. It was a little tricky to figure out the back gate and which door had the keypad after dark, but the instructions helped. The kitchen was well-enough equipped to make breakfast and dinner. In the warmer weather, you may have to leave the bedroom doors open as the wall A/C unit was only in the kitchen. The sofa bed received comfortable A/C. The view of the water was nice.”

“The bathroom would not close properly. We have to lift and close in a certain way. For elderly people in our party, one of us went and helped them close the door. There was too much clutter around the house and it became difficult to manage our toddler. We couldn't let him run around freely. The kitchen did not have enough cutleries. they had only a couple of spoons and forks not enough for the whole party. Very minimal pots,. pans, plates, etc. Please note that there is no dishwasher. We overlooked that detail. The only good thing about this place is the river behind the house and the view from the backyard.. We will not be staying here again”

“Everything was great, except the bed was broke and not even sleep bowl. We were awake all night check out was at 10. We left at 5 o’clock in the morning.”

“I liked this place quite a bit- cute old school MCM vibes. BUT... I've got two gripes- 1) the bed was super squeaky. Comically so. And 2) there's a magnet posted on the fridge with a completely fraudulent ratings scale. While I understand the desire to receive good reviews (I'm a host too), this deception creates a system of inflated reviews that don't really help any of us in the long run. It's important that guests know the reality of what they're booking. Manipulating guests with a fraudulent scale is deceptive and gross.”
