“Not worth the price”

“Good place, much smaller than expected. Some issues with the stay but over all a good place maybe for one or two people.”

“Our stay was decent , Im not going to bash on the home because we spent one night there . The apartment complex is nice outside , but very small inside . you go in and it's very loud which we came in around 9 pm - 10pm after family events we had going on . so it wasn't much of a bother because we had no kids . its very thin i felt like i had to whisper. the dish soap was refilled with what looked like clear hand soap . i did wash my dish with it and then realized . so be aware . it is an old building so that does take place in some of these things . the door is very open at the bottom and the lock doesn't feel that durable . i don't think i should have payed the price i did .. but it happens .. i wont go there again ,, but it was horrible for a one night stay !”

“I did not appreciate the sheer blinds and curtains. You can see exactly what everybody is doing in the other apartments. No privacy to get dressed in the bedroom, you must dress in the small bathroom. There is a smell that lingers, not terrible but definitely noticeable. The bathroom door also doesn’t fully shut. Kitchen has everything you need. They have a cute record player and a good layout. Bed is comfy. I had issues with entering due to some of the buttons on the lock not working but they responded quickly with a solution. I also did not realize it was the upstairs apartment. The listing made it seem like you had the entire house to yourself. Overall, it was okay for one emergency stay but personally I wouldn’t stay longer.”

“Place was exactly like pics. It’s in a louder neighborhood just cause it’s on some more used streets. But amazing other than that. Would stay again.”

“The cottage was very cute and clean! We had a nice trip and spent a lot of time sitting by the river. The location is great and river is right out the back door. The patio is relaxing, and there was a cute black cat wanting to be friends! I couldn't give five stars, unfortunately, as the stove was very difficult to use and seemed a bit dangerous (very high flames and the gas builds up). There was a BBQ listed on the amenities but it was under the outside stairs and didn't seem usable. The backyard felt a bit neglected and messy overall. The hot tub water was murky as well. These were not deal breakers but definitely items to be addressed by the owners/property management! The beds and couch were very comfortable though and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay despite a few bumps in the road.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The unit was not properly cleaned, with visible dust, dirt, hair, dirty bathroom floors, and stained pillowcases. More concerning was an exposed nail protruding from a repaired section of flooring next to the bed that I stepped on. We also lost hot water less than 10 minutes into a shower. We provided the host with numerous photos and videos, including timestamped photos they requested. Despite the cleanliness issues and safety hazard, the host only offered a 50% refund because we stayed both nights, even after we explained we were from out of town, had already paid, and had no practical alternative accommodations. The condition of the unit did not match the listing photos.”

“Apartment building itself is nice, however, the pictures are deceiving. Much smaller than expected and underwhelming. Additionally did not feel safe in the area at all ran into multiple shady people in the alley. Walls are very thin does not feel private, could hear everything going on in the hall and outside.”

“We had a peaceful stay overall, and the location between Grants Pass and Medford was convenient for restaurants and shopping. The hot tub worked well, and all of the appliances were functional. The cabin is pet-friendly, which I understand can make cleanliness more challenging, but improving housekeeping would make it more enjoyable for guests without pets. We found dog hair on the clean bed linens even though we don't own or travel with pets. There was also noticeable dust, especially on the bathroom counters and inside the kitchen cupboards. The cabin showed wear and tear, particularly on the walls and baseboards, which could use some touch-up paint. The bathroom door also wouldn't stay closed, so we had to let each other know when it was in use for privacy. Overall, the quiet setting and convenient location were the highlights.”
