“This is a very simple ranch house, but met our needs just fine. The proximity to the beach is very nice! The 1st bedroom can hear the electric heater go off & on in 2nd bedroom because bed is against wall. We just didn’t turn it on 2nd night and used an extra blanket and all was nice & quiet!”

“Great location. Charming. Aging a bit, and some appliances are breaking. The trash/recycling wasn’t picked up. But it had a lovely view and everything you needed.”

“The location is great. It is one block from the beach and there is a small view of the ocean from the outside deck. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked ( with the exception of salt). As said in other reviews the decor is outdated. There is so much possibility. Overall a great stay.”

“As a frequent Airbnb guest in many different homes, I regret to have to give this stay 3/5 stars. The home itself is a nice home that could use a tune up with a deep clean, has some carpet stains, outdated bedding and furniture. We did appreciate that the price point is also lower than many other spots in Manzanita that accommodate a larger group. Nice quiet street, 2 min to the beach by car. Our experience was flavored by one of the 3 bedrooms having an inhabitable issue with the mattress from a prior guest. We reached out to the host group multiple times and while they were cordial and apologetic they never resolved the issue during our stay. We ended up reaching out to Airbnb and after an investigation we were able to get a partial refund. The issue caused quite an inconvenience for our group. We really appreciated how seriously the Airbnb platform took this and how they tirelessly tried to resolve it.”
