“My family and I enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City. This location was within walking distance to the beach, we were able to see the waves from a distance which was nice. This specific home was a bit smaller than I had thought, especially compared to all the homes surrounding it, it’s definitely on the smaller side, but comfy enough for four of us. The décor was cute and the home was clean. We loved the little fireplace, that was a nice touch. A couple of things that were a bit frustrating were; the fire alarm going off in our room on a couple of different occasions in the very early mornings with no smoke or anything to set it off. The headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, so when we tried to sit up in bed, it would knock against the wall or move around, when we would flush any of the toilets they would run a bit loudly after every flush and the walls are very thin so we could hear it from other rooms. Overall - I liked the home and the location but the price could have been better.”

“Great place. Pretty views. The bottom floor beds are soft and the bunk bed bottom bed needs to be replaced or better platform underneath. You sink in the middle. Water pressure is also a problem.”

“Overall staying with Meredith Lodging is great they own a lot of rentals on the oregon coast. They are a responsive property management who was willing to fix the concerns but i cleaned myself at arrival and even though we had someone out to fix Wi-Fi it never got fixed. However this home had no Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay. Facility maintenance seemed to not be happening (missing outlet cover with a 18 month old, Broken key access box). I think this property doesn't reflect what Meredith Lodging can do. This home had dirty dishes upon arrival, stains, and the pictures no longer match whats set up inside (Desk in downstairs room, upstairs 2nd living room).”

“First, Wendy at Meredith was kind and responsive, which was very appreciated. PROS: - Well stocked large kitchen - Beautiful furniture, art, rugs and lamps throughout the house - Dining table was large; fit all 12 of us - Beds were comfortable - Bathrooms were great - The hot tub was in good working condition CONS: - Upon entering the house, there was an overwhelming smell of mustiness, mainly on the middle floor and stairwell. We had to open all the windows and doors to air it out. There is or was clearly a leak somewhere that caused damage, because the smell was beyond normal mustiness from sitting empty. - The home needed a deep clean (dust and cobwebs) - The dishwasher was broken. Repair person had to come and fix it. Alot of handwashing in the meantime. - The basement fridge was broken (discovered the next day when perishable food was ruined). Repair person also fixed it. - 10:00 am checkout is completely unreasonable - At nearly $1,500 per night our expectations were higher”

“I gave 3/5 because we were granted a 11 am checkout, but cleaning person was not informed and walked in @ 9:53 am. My wife was alone while I ran to store. Office needs to communicate with their cleaners better.”
