“The location is beautiful and walkable to beach and casino. Things were clean until we noticed black beetle bugs in the basement, mouse droppings in the oven drawer, raw sewage coming out of the center floor drain in the master bathroom on the third day we left, and a sewage smell outside and slightly in the house on day 2 and 3. There was no toilet paper upon arrival, which they took care of when we asked. The hosts are nice and were responsive quickly with easy things, then when the issue above were brought to their attention their more delayed response was they would look into it and take what we say seriously. I asked for some type of discount (particularly for hazardous waste) and days later they offered an unknown discount for a future stay (thanks but I will not be staying with this host again). I hope this review brings attention to how unsanitary things felt and the issues are fixed asap. The location is absolutely lovely.”
