“The house itself was great. The communication was not good enough from them, not even close to adequate. I asked a couple of questions about how to access the pool and gym in the community clubhouse. I also asked if I could add water to the hot tub since it was clearly low and it had overheated twice in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for their actual response. They only ever said they would ask someone and get back to me. So after 24 hours of no actual answer I just went ahead and added water to the hot tub and poked around enough to find what looked like could be a fob for accessing the clubhouse and pool. The little gym and heated pool were nice once we were able to access them and the hot tub was good once we added water and it was able to properly circulate and heat it.”

“This place was perfect for our stay. We came with friends and the bedrooms separated by floors was a great set up for littles sleeping! The kitchen was well equipped and they had an abundance of beach towels. We had everything we needed and more. We had a hard time checking in as the code would not work for the main door. Luckily the cleaning staff was there to help but I’m not sure what would happen if not!My littles were not ready to wait much longer after our long drive over. The code was never fixed and we ended up having just one key for the entirety of our stay. The parking situation is pretty tight but manageable. Overall we had a really great stay despite some hiccups. I’d stay here again for sure!”

“overall great house, loved the kitchen and living area. game room was fun great view from the top balcony. only issue was the hot tub was low on water, dirty and not well maintained and therefore unusable which was a real bummer. there is a nice jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom but really wanted to be able to enjoy the hot tub”

“Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. My son loved the heated community pool. Amenities provided very limited. Surprised to see no coffee or bath soap provided. Beds are lumpy, squeaky, and uncomfortably soft. You sink right in and will wake up your partner with every move. No beach towels or dog towels are provided so def bring your own. Basket of dog toys was a sweet touch. Location to beach made to seem closer than it actually was. About a 8 minute walk and lots of stairs, easily 60, to get down to the beach. If you have mobility issues, you will have to drive to another beach entrance that is walk in. All in all, cute house with some noticeable misses.”

“The house was nice, it was more the cleaning service that was lacking, and Casago itself that did not get back to us about our concerns in a timely manner, and with some concerns didn't get back to us at all. We were so excited about having a hot tub and a pool to use, but the hot tub was gross, and the location/entry instructions for the pool were inadequate and we didn't get full instructions until the end of our stay when we barely had time left to use it. The grill was also filthy, and had grease dripping out all over the patio, so we didn't feel comfortable using that. There were just enough towels for the 6 people we had staying there, 1/3 of which were either dirty or stained, so we had to wash a load of towels right away. The carpets and showers were not cleaned. On the upside, the bedsheets were the cleanest I've come across in many years, and there were adequate bed options. The parking was difficult, not bad if you have compact cars, but we don't. The house itself was nice.”
