“The cabin itself is beautifully built and thoughtfully decorated. The quality of the furnishings, and items provided genuinely blew us away. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in a few important areas. Cleanliness was the biggest concern. The main bathroom had an unpleasant mess near the toilet. There was also no bath mat in the main bathroom, making things a bit inconvenient and leaving us questioning how thoroughly the property had been cleaned before our arrival. Several other areas needed more attention as well, especially the blinds, which had visible handprints and dust. We also felt that a management company’s involvement took away some of the personal touch. Our late checkout requests received automated rejections, despite the property being unoccupied that day. We understand that policies exist, but a more personal response would have made a difference. Also, we were asked to sign a contract outside of Airbnb, so we recommend checking with the company before booking.”

“We’ve stayed in this complex three times as the location in Govy is ideal! This unit was less appointed than the others, but the price also reflected that so it was definitely worth it. Tried to resolve an issue with one of the beds and it was not fixed which was frustrating. Over all, it’s a great spot and I recommend staying here!”
