“First off we arrived in the area sooner than expected, contacted them at 9:45am to see if we could maybe check in a little earlier, they responded right away that they were getting the house ready, said couldn’t guarantee a specific early check in time just yet, but will absolutely let us know as soon as the property is ready so we could head over. They never got back to us, was the last we heard on that subject, so we went ahead and checked in at 4 o’clock. Upon arrival we were surprised with a no shoe in the house policy, which was not listed. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know before hand. Some people have sensitive feet and some are germaphobes. Funny, it’s a pet friendly house???? But anyway?🥴however, we were very comfortable and the view was amazing! Even with the 3am wake up incident with the van in the driveway, whatever he was doing? Even with these very small hiccups…. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!”

“The home was a great setup for two couples. The hot tub was roomy and the fir pit was convenient to use. The location was ideal with access to an obscure beach. The one negative is a slight pet odor on the east end bedroom.”

“We liked having a kitchen, items could use to be updated- fry pan etc. Laundry is nice to have. Neat backyard and beautiful bushes. Near a great beach! The dog items are a nice touch, however the blankets were still wet when we got there and a load in the washer and dryer as well. We were scoping it out for our family, but it won't work. I would say it is best for maybe 4 people. The leaving instructions say to do laundry and dishes. 4 loads of laundry and running the dishwasher- seems like a bit for what we paid. We did appreciate our cozy stay and the charm in the decor. Gleneden beach is a great location!”

“Bad Stay! The house was filthy, floors were dirty. No second shower, because they didn’t replace the shower head! The new one was sitting in the bathroom cupboard! No communication from them. 6 adults shared one bedroom! The bbq grill was unusable, we borrowed the neighbors grill to grill burgers. The bed pillows were stained, very disgusting! Beach access was a steep rocky hill and with a rope to climb down and back up! Very dangerous. Kitchen stove burners are rusted. The refrigerator was absolutely destroyed. Rusted on the front of the door and inside. This house is in need of repairs and new updated appliances. We will always remember this house in a negative light! Next time we will do a better job finding a beautiful home to stay for the money we spent! Be aware before booking this house!”

“The breathtaking view is on top of the list for this Airbnb. The tub had hair in the drain, which should have been cleaned out. The dining chairs were so worn down the fabric was gone on most chairs, revealing the foam cushions and they lacked enough support to sit comfortably, some felt as though you could fall through the chair... they were a broken down mess. The dishwasher was broken... so we had to handwash everything. Casago was not prompt with a reply about repairing the dishwasher. The cookware was well worn and should be replaced. We had a great time anyway... worth the price of the rental.”
