“Really bad experience. I booked this house for 5 days. when I check in I noticed that The house was up for sale, but at the middle of the week We were having breakfast when I heard someone opening the door. It was the owner of the house, She was there showing the house to a buyer. She didn’t care, She never asked for permission, She walked all around the house. We didn’t feel safe after that and Airbnb C.S. Didn’t help at all They said none of They’re policy’s were violated . NO PRIVACY!”

“This was a lovely airbnb close to the coast. It was great to be able to walk to the beach or into town for coffee or food. The house could’ve been a bit cleaner - the couch was a bit dirty specifically. This airbnb is also managed by a remote business that owns multiple Airbnb’s so they were not able to answer specific questions about this house. They had conflicting laundry instructions and when I asked for clarification they said they’d look into it and then never got back to me. Lastly, the cleaners showed up 15 minutes before check out which made leaving feel a bit more stressful. Overall, a good experience but some things could be improved.”

“Rough check-in & delayed entry (door lock didn’t work then backup key stuck in lock) + yard maintenance working upon our arrival with loud machinery + spraying weed killer as we are unpacking with a dog & toddler present. When told, Avari did not offer apology or perhaps even a token later departure time ( 4:00 pm check-in & 10:00 am checkout is unreasonable) Great location & spacious house, & nice kitchen. Easy beach & trail access. Inside house garage area gross & difficult to access for parking. House interior musty smelling. Outside deck & lawn furniture nice quality but dirty & haphazardly strewn around. Appreciated the handyman who came out to fix lock. This wasn’t the first time there had been problems.”
