“We loved staying here! It was the perfect getaway. Located in a very very safe great area. The ocean was our backyard it was amazing! Everything was super clean worked great. Neighbors were very nice. Also this was super close to cannon beach and tons of stuff to do.”

“Great location that made for a memorable stay overall, but a few things worth noting for future guests. On the amenities side, the kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies (no brush to scrub plates), the shower had no body soap, and there was no coffee available — small things that add up when you’re settling in. The bigger hiccup was around my date change. I extended my stay by a day before arriving, but the confirmation didn’t come through until the day of — and the lock code had changed in the meantime. Fortunately we’d left the door open, but it could have easily been a stressful situation. I’ll also mention the check-in/check-out window: 4pm in and 10am out is a tight turnaround that seems to be a growing trend. It’d be great to see a bit more flexibility there. That said, the host’s place has real potential and we had a good time making the most of it. With a few small improvements to the supplies and communication, this would easily be a five-star stay.”
