“Rough check-in & delayed entry (door lock didn’t work then backup key stuck in lock) + yard maintenance working upon our arrival with loud machinery + spraying weed killer as we are unpacking with a dog & toddler present. When told, Avari did not offer apology or perhaps even a token later departure time ( 4:00 pm check-in & 10:00 am checkout is unreasonable) Great location & spacious house, & nice kitchen. Easy beach & trail access. Inside house garage area gross & difficult to access for parking. House interior musty smelling. Outside deck & lawn furniture nice quality but dirty & haphazardly strewn around. Appreciated the handyman who came out to fix lock. This wasn’t the first time there had been problems.”
