Avari in Eagle Crest, Oregon

“Very pretty area of Eagle Crest, and quiet! We did have some neighbors nearby, but barely heard them or saw them through trees. The back yard area was nice & serene, perfect for hanging out on the deck. I read the previous reviews and assumed that Avari had made some improvements in the housekeeping dept. Nope. It was not unusable but the kitchen floor was sticky in some areas, no mop available. Young guest walked barefoot and bottom of feet were black, so I assume the carpet may need a deep clean too. Some of the bed linens were stained. And many surfaces were layered in dust. That was disappointing. I will rethink before booking an Avari Management home again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Crest, but the house definitely could have used a deep clean and some repairs. Most of the interior door locks didn’t work. Also the main fridge and freezer did not work upon arrival. They seemed to have known it didn’t work but did not tell us, and did not put effort toward fixing it for us while we were there for a whole week so we used the garage fridge and freezer all week. The house itself was great and the location was wonderful for our family. Loved the spacious outdoor area.”

“Great place to stay with plenty of parking. The home was large with plenty of room for our group to feel comfortable. Huge table that sat all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. It had both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The cleaners need to do a better job. Overall the house worked well for our group because the kitchen is large and we sat around the table to socialize. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom.”
