“Had a wonderful time at this location. Check in only had a minor hiccup that our code did not work due to batteries but someone was able to help resolve over the phone quickly. Overall stay was amazing and communication was great!”

“Asked about cancellation policy due to medical emergency a week before vacation. Was told the Airbnb would be able to accommodate my dad with a broken ankle with the master room and bath on the first floor. This unit is on the 3rd floor with 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. Nothing on the first floor what so ever. We only got refunded $150 and had to go up 4 flights of stairs with a broken ankle.”
