“We came with a party of 20. The space fit our needs, however, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the whole house. Overall we had a great stay.”

“Everything was perfect. Close to the beach, had everything we needed for a family reunion. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The house was in a great location, situated halfway between Lincoln City and Newport and a quick walk to the beach. We utilized the house for a family reunion, and there was enough space for everyone. No complaints for location or the inside of the house. The main issue was parking. For a house that can sleep as many as this one can, you are only allowed 6 vehicles. We parked at a nearby gravel lot at the corner of Division and HWY 101- got a tow sticker on the window. The host provided info for a place nearby off Fern Street roughly 2 miles away- $25 per vehicle. We made that work but we made the mistake of having 8 cars parked at the house and was quickly notified by a security guard that the cars needed to go and that he would be waiting outside until they were moved. That info isn’t in the listing. Apparently it’s in the contract that they send. We found out when we were sent the pre-check in message. Overall, the house was a great place to stay but the parking was a pain.”

“There is much to say about this house. It fit our family needs well as we were a large group. The house was well furnished and the table was exceptional as we could all sit around it for our meals. The table is a bit close to the kitchen making it somewhat difficult for games and cooking at the same time, but we managed. Had some issues with the fireplace, but the contact was responsive and accommodating. We loved that it’s literally right between Lincoln City and Newport. Depot bay is one of our favorite coastal towns. It was very close to the beach… walkable, but there were no views of the beach. There was a store just down the road that provided last minute things we needed. We would fully consider staying here again, even though the price is a wee bit steep, but considering it sleeps 20, we couldn’t complain. Last thing is parking. Only 6 cars and it was tight, but we made that work as well. Thanks for a great stay!”
