“There is much to say about this house. It fit our family needs well as we were a large group. The house was well furnished and the table was exceptional as we could all sit around it for our meals. The table is a bit close to the kitchen making it somewhat difficult for games and cooking at the same time, but we managed. Had some issues with the fireplace, but the contact was responsive and accommodating. We loved that it’s literally right between Lincoln City and Newport. Depot bay is one of our favorite coastal towns. It was very close to the beach… walkable, but there were no views of the beach. There was a store just down the road that provided last minute things we needed. We would fully consider staying here again, even though the price is a wee bit steep, but considering it sleeps 20, we couldn’t complain. Last thing is parking. Only 6 cars and it was tight, but we made that work as well. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The house was fit our needs perfectly. A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working but we made the best of our time anyway. It was nice to be able to have my entire family in one place comfortably. Beds were comfortable and the boys enjoyed the theater room and pool table.”

“This beautiful clean house met all our needs for a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and there was even a great selection of seasonings in the cupboards. (The only thing we wished for was a coffee grinder for the espresso machine). The only thing we would suggest is maybe an agreement with the neighbors to share the bottom half of the stairs to the beach.”

“Beautiful house, very short walk to the beach! Fully stocked kitchen and soft sheets! Very clean throughout the entire house! Only issues were a few of the appliances didn’t work and the hot tub needed attention. Our family had a blast at the beach and local activities, shopping! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how attentive and accommodating Joe was. While there were a few hiccups early on, he was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely worked with us to make things right. Shout out to the maintenance team as well who stopped by to drop off the supplies we requested and to make sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the willingness to accommodate, which made a big difference. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!”
