“A really great little spot. Lots to walk to and a beautiful view. Very comfortable. Had a difficult time seeing the address so drove by a couple times. It’s in the Bigfoot’s Beach House Building (which I missed if that was written anywhere). Not a huge deal, but wish the balcony were better furnished. It’s big and has such a great view, but not a comfortable spot to spend time IMO.”

“​You are truly paying for the view here—it’s exceptional. However, the customer service is entirely automated, rigid, and completely lacking a personal touch. My husband (who is recovering from a stroke) and my daughter (who manages a chronic autoimmune condition) were forced to wait in the car for an hour. Despite the home being completely empty and ready, no one was willing to grant an early check-in or intervene beyond sending automated text messages. ​Inside, the furniture is a bit mismatched, but overall it’s a nice enough stay. If you only care about a great view and don't require any human support, you’ll be fine. Just don't expect any empathy or flexibility from management.”
