From the start the host was very responsive and proactive to make sure my stay was the best it could be. The house exactly what we were looking for and had all listed amenities. The location was great close to lots of stores as restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay somewhere close to Portland and surrounding area.

Excellent home that fit my large family very nicely. Grandkids loved the game room and Arcade in their bedroom. Everything in the home worked and was easy to use.

The stay was excellent. We had a big family wedding and the house was super accommodating of multiple families with kids. There were a bunch of kids books that my daughters loved. The garage game room with the pool table is where the teens and uncles hung out. The house is only a quarter mile away from a small shopping center with a grocery store, some restaurants, coffee places, and other amenities. That proximity is coupled with a relatively private spot. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Upon arrival, we were unable to enter the property because the PIN provided for the front door was incorrect. Once inside, we looked around the upstairs and then went downstairs, where I saw a large black rat. I contacted the 24/7 support line right away to report the issue and request assistance. After 15 min The response I received was that they believed the “little visitor” was actually a ground squirrel and explained that, due to local regulations, their pest control company could not remove ground squirrels because they require a wildlife specialist using live traps. I was extremely frustrated because no one had come to the property to verify what the animal actually was. They simply assumed it was a ground squirrel. In addition to the rat, there were rat poo upstairs & wood dust around the door frame. There were used QTips in the drawer and paper scraps in the pantry area. We ended up going to a hotel. The guy called us back to stay, but with rat poop around, unsanitary!
