Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first unit had no hot water, so we had to pack and move all our belongings to another unit. We were told we would receive a refund for the inconvenience, but we never heard back. Communication was also confusing. It was unclear whether we should contact Airbnb or Avari directly, and the check-in instructions were unnecessarily long and confusing. The second unit also had several issues: the garbage disposal didn’t work, the water was clogged, and the bathroom faucets started dripping and continued throughout the night. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication between Avari staff. Each time we contacted them, they seemed unaware of the previous issues or conversations, as if no notes had been taken. Overall, the stay was much more stressful than it should have been.

Nice condo, can be a little tricky to find based on the copy and pasted address directly from Avari. Read the directions as well and don't just rely on your Google or Apple maps. Probably a most comfortable stay in the winter time.

We booked it last minute for our family ski trip. This condo was on the 3rd floor. The condo was unexpectedly large and roomy felt like a 2000sqft house. Lots of beds, nice kitchen, the balcony had a view of mt hood. Garage is indoors, we were hesitant about bringing our truck due to clearance in garage but it wasn’t an issue, it can easily fit a lifted truck or a large SUV.

This condo was perfect for our annual friends ski trip! It held all 6 adults perfectly! The hot tub is a must after a day on the slopes! I highly recommend this place to bigger groups!

The hot tub heater, and fireplace in the master room did not work at all, so if you’re looking to have a romantic night with your partner I don’t recommend this place at all. Also they need to have better cleaning service because my family and I found spiders and webs over the stove where you turn on the air for cooking.
