“We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others! We did not notice that there was no wifi until after we booked, but that's on us and honestly was not a problem at all for our needs :)”

“We were unable to take our vacation due to a minor life catastrophe, and Avari Management group refused to honor their posted refund policy. I understand that refund polices are unable to be changed for individual guests, but guests booking this Airbnb should know that instead of the posted refund policy, their actual policy does not allow for ANY changes, cancellations, or refunds of any kind within 30 days of your stay. No experience with the house since we were unable to stay in it, but communication was difficult and it sometimes took them 10-12 hours to reply to a message. As well as the refusal to honor their publicly posted policy.”

“The place was beautiful, loved the space & all the decor! Felt very cozy & it was so nostalgic to watch the DVD’s available! My biggest issue was that the ceilings are super thin so you can hear the people above you walking around. We were also not notified about construction happening on the street on our final day when they shut down the road at 8am & we almost missed our flights. Thank God for the construction worker we found being kind and figuring out a resolution for us. Other than those things, we really enjoyed the place & would come back in the future.”

“Cottages were as described and excellently located in the town. Just a short walk to the main street and the coast. Lots to see and do in very close proximity. We had some difficulty accessing two of the cottages but after about 20 mins on the phone with Avari support we were given codes for the doors instead of the lock boxes. Inexpensive tiny homes that were mostly functional. two of the refrigerators went out during the stay and spoiled some food/milk. All in all not a horrible experience but it left something to be desired from a comfort perspective.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! It was so close to the beach and the grocery store was convenient. Loved the vintage look and feel of the home. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates ect. The couch could use a little upgrade but it was comfy. It was fun to watch dvds after a fun day at the beach to add to the nostalgia. The garage was well stocked with fun outdoor games and toys. The stroller was great use on the beach. We liked seeing the bunnies as well. We had a great time!”
