“Great launching point for exploring the Southern Oregon coast and Redwoods. Beautiful view from the deck. Basics were there to make our stay comfortable. Property management was very responsive when needed. Couple of things to point out: 1. The 2nd bed/bedroom is more for children as the ceiling is just a few feet from top of mattress 2. This is part of a quiet and lovely tiny home/ cabin resort- was fine, just wish we would have known that. The pictures don’t show it, but you are pretty close to neighboring houses (but we never heard a peep out of them). 3. finding the place the first time is tricky as GPS takes you to the opposite section of the resort Overall was a great place for 2 adults to getaway”

“This property is a great central location for exploring the S Boardman Corridor. Our unit had a lovely ocean view, lots of windows on the ocean side and a nice deck. The washing machine was out of order. I had seen this on previous reviews and thought ample time had passed for it to be repaired but it had not been. There is an obviously aged, hand written note taped to the washer stating that it’s out of order. The kitchen sink doesn’t drain on one side and when I reported it, the response I got indicated to me that this was a known problem. No one was sent to address or repair the issue during our stay (two nights). We were asked to use only one side of the sink. The property reports the hot tub is out of order but it was clearly operational and filled with hot water. If the hot tub is off limits to guests, why not just say so instead of pretending it’s out of order. We departed with feelings of having been treated with less than transparency about the property.”

“Apon arrival of the place, it was hard locating where to go inside of the park its self. After finally finding our section, as we unlocked the door and opened up it smelled very strongly of cigarettes. It smelled like someone painted over cigarette stained walls. we had to keep all the windows open the entire stay and had headaches most of the time inside of the house. The hot water situation is what it is but not great. The hot tub was excellent though and comfy beds and couch. the living room TV sound is off.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the ocean and it's in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!”
