Avari in Black Butte Ranch, Oregon

“I use Airbnb a lot. That said, this house still has an issue with cleaning. It’s been mentioned in other comments (stains on bed and sheets, lack of trash bags, dirty dishes, wet laundry molding in the laundry upon arrival). The house is great, amazing location and very cool VIBE. The owners take great care and it’s well appointed. But Avari is clearly unable to create a clean unit even after the same multiple issues have been brought up recently. They also didn’t know there is in fact a tv in the den/office and not just in the master. It wasn’t a new add, and when I inquired (wanted to watch some World Cup and US OPEN), they have incorrect information. Just goes to show the lack of: knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to guest experience. Great house, great location, great owners, terrible management.”

“We love Black Butte and this was our second stay in this home. The location is perfect for access to Glaze Meadow. It’s a short walk or bike ride away to the pool and sports courts. We also chose this home again because we value a hot tub at our Black Butte rentals. Since we stayed last, the bunk bed room was converted to a full bed and that room plus the primary bedroom have different mattresses which are incredibly firm. I struggled to sleep and encourage the owner to include mattress pads.”

“Cozy little cabin that was very peaceful and had wonderful wildlife outside at all times. The deck with a hot tub & BBQ was a great bonus to the house plus some games & movies inside to pick from for easy entertainment The stairs to get up to the loft were extremely steep so not ideal for little kids. Beautiful location!”
