“We had a very nice stay! Home was well stocked. Was so great to have two master suites. Kids really enjoyed the games set up in the garage! Would definitely stay again!”

“The place is excellent location and the Sharc passes are a big plus. House was well cleaned and had a full kitchen of utensils and appliances. Lots to do at the house including games and various seating areas. There were starters of paper goods but some of the soap dispensers were not filled up and only had a little soap in the bottom. They put individually wrapped bar soaps next to each dispenser, but for such a large group it was not ideal. We had some issues on arrival that were quickly fixed by the local host company, but the interaction was not as friendly as expected, they seemed annoyed to have to come out to the house. We only had 6 towels for 12 people. While check-in was easy, I have never seen a place to charge you for each extra hour of early check in you request. It’s already expensive enough to be nickle and diming each hour. We had an issue with how it was advertised (listed as 4.5 bath when it has 3.5 bath) so it was a little tight for our group.”

“This home was great for are large family. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. There are a lot of different size bikes to choose from for everyone. We loved the games in the garage. Good location near the North store and walkable to the park.”

“I loved this place and would definitely stay again! There’s not one single suggestion I have. The couch was super comfy and cozy - great for watching movies with the family. The refrigerator was huge and there is a second one in the garage. All the bicycles had air in the tires! Plenty of seating and a spacious living room. It is dog- friendly but you couldn’t even tell there were other dogs there. We had a great time!”

“We had a great stay in Sun River! The house was perfect for a multi-generational trip with a wide variety of ages. Communication with the host was smooth and our stay was very comfortable. The house was just like the photos and very clean! Everyone loved the SHARC passes, bikes and games! We would absolutely book here again!”
