“Place was not clean found mice feces in kitchen pots and pans were filthy oven did not work drapes fell on one of the guest dirty in several areas dead birds on patio wrong check in code it was very apparent they did not check the house prior to our arrival heating unit had to be turned on upon arrival by calling a number and it took two hours to warm up should have been done prior to arrival contacted several times responded how sorry they were but have not reimbursed or tried to make things right no one came to fix the drapes or oven. Beautifulview and comfy beds but all the other items throughout were very disappointing”
