“Place is nice. Hot tub was heated upon arrival. Beds are comfortable. All was clean upon arrival. Location is really nice. Cafe downstairs, some restaurants <20 min walk away, and 10 min drive to downtown bend. Overall a great stay but some washouts: Wifi was shoddy, so wouldn’t recommend coming here to work remote. Additionally, sound travels very easily. I was in the farthest bedroom and could tell when conversation was being had in the main living space.”

“The place was spotless and exactly as expected. The community is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub. Only negative - the kitchen is not very equipped - the pots and pans were not great for cooking, and lack of any spices, etc made it tough for cooking.”

“We booked 4 units with AvantStay 3 months before our family reunion of 25 people. Five hours before we were supposed to check in, they called and cancelled a 3 bedroom unit due to a falutly AC. They only offered us a 25% refund for the cancelled unit and did not help us to find alernate accommodations for the peple displaced by their cancelation. We had family from out of state who had already been traveling for several hours when they cancelled and we were left on our own to find new accommodations for 25 people.”
