“Location was great! House was clean, but found that the listing was unclear and we had paid for two units, one of which was overbooked by another couple. Support was provided by some overseas call center and no help. Worked it out with the other couple but no thanks to Avari Management!”

“Very close to Bandon Dunes. 3 beds but bad mattresses. 4th bed is suspect. Place has a smell to it. Not so bad to make you uncomfortable but always present.”

“Nice place, well stocked. Entry to the unit was confusing but ultimately fine. Got woken up at 3 am by the fire alarm in my room beeping very loudly which was extremely unfortunate. Also, it always bothers me when there is such an early check out time and such a late check in time yet I have to do some of the cleaning myself. Your directions somewhere said to start a load of laundry and do the dishes (no dishwasher btw). So why do you need 6 hours to turn over the room? It wasn’t until after I did all those things that I read a different set of directions on the message sent to me that said you actually didn’t have to do those things, which was even more frustrating. Finally, for the golfers, it’s kind of on the other side of town. Not the biggest deal but after a long day it kind of sucks. It’s also not a close nor easy walk to the beach.”

“I probably will not use ABB again. They notified us 2 days prior to our date that the rental was double booked. Then it took roughly 25-30 additional texts to finally get another rental. In the end the rental we ended with was excellent. I will try to get this house again but through a different agency.”
