iTrip in Arch Cape, Oregon

“If you're on the fence about being "down the street" from Cannon Beach be confident you're making the right choice. Arch Cape is the sleepy cousin to Cannon with a beautiful beach and restaurants and shops are only 6 minutes away. What you're missing are the massive crowds you'll find up the street, especially on a holiday weekend. The house was great, a cozy Spanish farmhouse styling, clean through and through, with ample parking on a quiet street. The windows in the main room give you nearly a 180 degree view of the beach, the rocks, and surf. I sat for hours in their rocking chairs outside reading a book in the sun without a single disturbance. Unlike some of the homes on Arch Cape or Cannon this one has direct beach access and it was very convenient. The hot tub was clean and warm, a great spot to stargaze from at the end of the day!”

“The location is truly spectacular and the house is well-equipped. The pictures show the space well and the beds were comfortable. I am deducting one star because we were notified just a couple hours before check in that the hot tub was not functional and communication with the host was somewhat difficult. Overall, it’s a great location for a large group gathering and would have been even better had all the advertised amenities been available.”
