“The size and location of the house was wonderful. Arch cape beach was amazing. Not having laundry facilities was a bit of a doozy especially with towels and days at the beach.”

“This house was lovely, and a nice space for the price. Arch Cape is very quiet and there is no businesses to speak of, which means there’s almost zero tourists in the area. The beach was mostly empty every single day, which is exactly what I needed. The house was clean, comfortable, albeit a bit sparse. But it fit all our needs beautifully. It was a wonderfully calm and serene week.”

“My family and I were contacted by the rental company when we were a few hours from checking in for our stay. They notified us that they had a terrible plumbing leak, so there was no cold water in the kitchen, also the dishwasher had to be removed. It was laying in the driveway. When we got there, we found there was NO water in the kitchen, and there was a horrid sewer smell coming from the p-trap. When we tried to pour a glass of water down the drain, it immediately leaked into the down stairs bathroom. There was mouse poop in the main level master bedroom as well as the downstairs bedroom. Hair in the upstairs bathtub. The kitchen stove door was broken and a hazard. The door handle to side door to deck pops off. The slider is sticky and takes two people to open. The tile in the upstairs bathroom was broken and laid loose in the grout, covered by a rug. It’s a charming place on the most amazing, almost private beach.. perfect location. They did refund us a minimum amount.”

“This place is incredible for large families, especially with small children and pets. They have sooo many towels! Bath towels and beach towels! And the hot tub is huge! We will definitely be returning soon :).”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The view was unbelievable, fires on the beach was our favorite, and hot tubs looking at the stars was A+. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and beds were so comfy! We will be back!”
