“The cabin in the woods was the perfect get-together location for our friends reunion of 12 people. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including s’more sticks which we were very grateful for. It’s a central location from the park, Broken Bow, and Hochatown and was tucked away so we didn’t feel too exposed to everyone’s eyes and ears. The hot tub worked great and the campfire was lovely to sit around.”

“Unfortunately, the pictures on the listing were a bit misleading. We were a little disappointed that the “waterfront” was not accurate. The backyard was a steep hill with trees and very dangerous. I am so glad my daughter decided not to bring my 2 year old grandson at the last minute. We ended up going to beavers bend state park so the everyone could have access to water. The Internet was an issue as well. The listing also states kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. We had to go to dollar general to buy some larger pans as we had 12 people in the house, lots of food to make at one time. The pots and pans were suitable for maybe 2-4 people. I would have taken my pots and pans had I known vs purchasing some there. The kayaks are not on the property. You have to drive to access them. The firewood that we purchased for $100 were a job to keep lit. We ran out of toilet paper on the 3rd day there. The house was far from the grocery store as well. However, the home itself was nice.”

“Great space, host was very communicative and responsive, however the WiFi was spotty and had to keep resetting multiple times. We did have limited trash bags, and toilet paper but nothing we couldn’t run down to the store 10 mins away. Overall great experience for a big group. Would book again!”
