“Wifi didn't work and host ghosted us when we reported it, TV didn't work without wifi, shower was cold and wouldn't warm up, apartment was located in a dirty and sketchy area, and overall apartment wasn't very clean. We saw bad reviews and decided to risk it, don't make the same mistake.”

“The sheets were dirty when I showed up, and it looked like the cleaners didn't touch anything. Some of the lights were not working, and the TV was inoperable. The whole place smelled like intense smoke. The only saving grace was that they did get me new sheets and refunded my first night because they were dirty.”

“I sent them videos first day I stayed there about two different light fixtures that were not working. The only light in entire bedroom didn't work same with light fixture in little dining room area. I got fast response and was told the problem would be handled. Stayed there two weeks and it was never fixed. Never had an update about when it would be handled.”

“Many listed amenities were not available. NO INTERNET A TV was on the wall, but without Internet is was useless. A toilet that only flushed occasionally. No response when I called about that. No hair dryer, hangers, dish soap in kitchen, soap for dishwasher. No AC in bedrooms No top sheet on bed No response to calls and emails to help with having internet - the other things were minor! The living room furniture was comfortable and the mattresses on the beds were comfortable.”

“If I could give negative stars I would I do not recommend staying here I asked for 2 weeks to get WiFi fixed and nothing was ever done to fix it the ac blows cold but doesn’t reach bedroom so it stays hot the whole time also door code for wash room doesn’t work overall it is worst place I have ever stayed again do not recommend”
