“We were unfortunately less than satisfied with our stay. We arrived to no sheets on the bed and hair/dirt in the bathrooms. After reaching out to Blake, he apologized and let us know that there were “professionally cleaned” sheets/ towels in the basement. Upon checking the “clean” sheets and towels were wadded up on the ground next to a plunger. Blake asked us to reach out to the cleaning contact. The cleaner came over and proceeded to put the dirty sheets on the bed. We ended up washing everything ourselves. Blake was not very responsive and was unable to resolve the issues.”
