“Very nice property managing group. Large home that was well stocked. Overall property seems overpriced to me for neighborhood.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the location was great close to Walmart, Dollar Tree, McDonald’s, and about 15 minutes from the ferry too Put-in-Bay. However, the home could use a much more thorough cleaning. We found a lot of bugs all over the kitchen counters, table, and bathroom counter. The kitchen trash can was filthy inside with old food residue. The back porch table was dusty, the grill needed cleaning, and the playground had spiderwebs, so our toddler couldn’t use it. We also found dust and dirty behind the bed, behind and under the couch, dirty pillowcases left on a bedroom table, and spiderwebs on the ceiling in the upstairs bunk room. Other than the cleanliness issues, the house was comfortable, had plenty of towels, and with a deeper cleaning, it would be a great place to stay.”

“Our family came from four different cities in Ohio to meet in Port Clinton. It is close to Put-in-Bay, Kelleys Island, Sandusky, Norwalk, and more. This house is very spacious and fit our family of eight adults +2 dogs very easily! After exploring the islands and many area shops during the day, we prepared some meals in the well stocked kitchen, watched movies all together in the living room, had a game night at the large table in the dining room, and completed a puzzle at the small kitchen table. The beach was just a short walk away, though it was very rocky. We had a great time together as a family!”

“Place was clean and smelled great walking in. Comfortable beds, clean and comfortable living area. Excellent back yard with lots of privacy.”

“We had a nice stay in Port Clinton. Home was mostly clean when we checked in. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean, comfortable living room, clean beds, host replied very quickly whenever we reached out. My few complaints were that outside patio and fire pit area were extremely dirty. We booked this place mostly for the yard and patio so was hoping to find it check in ready. I let the host know and they offered to send someone to clean it which was nice but we had already done so ourselves so not necessary. There were no curtains on some of the large windows which didn’t make it feel very private especially at night. Also there was another nonrefundable deposit to pay before we could get check in code. That was unexpected and had never had to do that with an air bnb location before. It was outside of what we had already paid on air bnb and on a different website.”
