“The house looks exactly like the photos and is bigger than expected. There are plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. If we ever find ourselves back in the area we would definitely stay here again.”

“Though exterior pictures of this little cottage are lovely, the approach to the front door did not meet our expectations. Overflowing spouting, unkept lawn, sticks/leaves on sidewalk/steps and a paint peeling front door. Our planned after 4:00pm check-in was delayed for sewer/interior repair issues. Daniel messaged me earlier but I had not read this till we parked at the house, after our 8 hour drive. About 4:12 he messaged all repair done and cleaning crew working. We were welcomed to drop off our belongings and he would keep us updated. A 5:48 pm message said we could check in. (Earlier messages had said after 6:00 and another 8:00 pm which gave us some anxious moments!) The cottage Interior is cute, clean, perfect for 8. Some electrical issues need attention, numerous extension cords/outlets that didn't work. Daniel let us know we could contact him for any needs or emergencies. I asked for a reduction and he credited me $75 "as a gesture of good will." Thank you Daniel.”

“We were in town for the Omega Psi Phi 85th Grand Conclave. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We wasn't located to far away from the First Fincininal Convention. The house was clean and met the need. Forever thankful for everything.”
