“Jobie's place was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals, however there was no place to put groceries. We had to pile stuff up on a small bench and the floor. Also, there was no place to store our clothes. The closets were used for storage by the host. If you're only going to stay for a couple days, it will be ok but any longer stays the storage becomes an issue. Also note that for longer stays there's no washer and dryer. There were lots of activities provided and our teen loved the hot tub. Fire pit and grill were great. Loved the trails. The well water smell was a little off putting and could be taken care of by installing a water conditioner. Also, we were a party of 9 but only 8 towels were provided. Power strips by the nightstands and in the living areas would be nice. But despite these things I would stay there again. It was a lovely place and very relaxing”
