“The house was a few blocks from the Medina Square. Early morning coffees were readily available. A Saturday market was unexpected. The house was large and accessible and served as an anchor spot for a family reunion. Furnishings were as pictured and adequate. No parking is allowed on the street and we occasionally played checkers with our cars to enter and leave the driveway. The Medina Square area is plagued by noise from the many commercial trucks that pass through the area and on some days was a bother. The house is priced at the higher end of those available in the Medina core but due to the size of our group was worth the cost. We would use again for a similar purpose.”

“This house is in a great location. Walkable distance to the Medina square. Jojo’s restaurant is right across the street. The farmers market was easily walkable and we loved visiting the shops on the square. There is a smell of rotting garbage when you walk into the house that never left even after the owners sent air fresheners. This has been a problem before from other reviews and I think they need to address it with their basement or wherever the smell/sewer odor is coming from. The place was not very clean and was very dusty with a lot of animal hair in the throw pillows, beds, floor and headboards. Our master shower doors weren’t cleaned. With some minor improvements and better cleaning service, I think it would be a great house rental.”

“The house is beautiful. We used this space as a work retreat for 5 adults. The remodeling is very well done. The wireless internet worked flawlessly, the air conditioning was nice and cold, the beds were comfortable, and the proximity to the historic Medina Square is excellent. We basically walked everywhere. Highly recommend this home!”
