“Great house for multiple families. The kids really enjoyed the finished basement space for running around and playing games. Lots of beds and space. Great layout. We found many local parks and playgrounds nearby. Would recommend!”

“The house is spacious and nice for what we needed. The pool table and arcade game were very nice to have with a group of girls. Kitchen space is nice and having three showers was nice . We would stay again for basketball tournaments that are near but it definitely could’ve been a bit cleaner. Our socks were black on the bottom after a half hour of being there and the railing going to the basement was very gross as well. Other than that it was nice. The beds were fabulous! They were clean and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful also”

“We loved our stay. The locations was great and within a half hour of everything we planned to do. The house was very spacious and everything within was easy to find. The older kids loved the privacy that the basement offered. I may have missed it in the listing but there was a high chair and baby gates (both at the top and bottom of the stairs). We would definitely stay again.”

“Our family stayed at Grand Welcome Ohio Kentucky for our trip to the Kings Island area, and it was an amazing experience! The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our family. Matt was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The highlight for our kids was definitely the basement—they loved it and spent most of the trip down there having fun! It really made the stay even more enjoyable.
