“We could not stay at this property and left shortly after arriving. When we entered, there was a strong ammonia or pet-urine-like odor in the unit. Within approximately 15 minutes, multiple members of our family developed headaches. We also observed numerous stains, including on the living room rug, and found an unwrapped rodent poison block on a shelf in a bedroom closet. We documented the condition with photographs and video, notified the host through Airbnb’s messaging system, and contacted Airbnb support. Airbnb canceled the reservation and issued us a full refund. Prospective guests should also read the house rules carefully, including the provisions imposing fees of up to $500. Based on the condition we encountered, we could not recommend this property in its current state. There is no dishwasher. I see the listing has been updated to reflect this.”

“Very cute home. My family loved all of the extras in this house. Quiet neighborhood. You are 30-45 minutes from Cincinnati but we loved the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here.”

“Was great just no oil for cooking or salt”

“Lovely home in a pleasant neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of ten to spread out. Loved how well the kitchen was stocked with basic dining and cookware. Two things to note: First, there was not a pack n play which was listed in the amenities. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we did have one with us, but someone else might like to know. Second, it was incredibly hot upstairs which made initially falling asleep a bit challenging. We suggested upright fans for the rooms without ceiling fans. Our suggestion was noted but nothing was done for our stay. Our children loved the table games offered! Nice game room setup. Overall, we had a wonderful time at a great place.”

“Overall, we loved this place. A few things to note. There are quite a few stairs to get to this unit which is difficult with luggage. This place is not for anyone who cannot easily climb three sets of stairs easily. The layout is a little unique. It is one, long unit with all rooms "in a row" Living room, to kitchen to bathroom (very small but super nice) to 1st bedroom to second bedroom to back door. Furniture was very comfortable and there was a TV in every space. Super close to lots of great restaurants and other things to do.”
