“The space was nice overall. I was a bit surprised by the more “customer service representative” type of experience of the management company vs an actual person. Also as others have noted (and nothing appears to have been done to improve this), the upstairs is pretty unusable on any sunny day above 80-85 degrees. It was 86 degrees up there inside with their a/c unit running. We planned to have our kids sleep up there but had to make do with them sleeping on the living room pullout which ended up being ok. The bathtub is also a bit dangerous, my son slipped and fell bc there was no antislip on the bath tub and no bath mat for the floor. Location was great, parking was easy enough. Loved going to the Coffee Emporium every morning. The bed was also very comfortable, and a/c good on the main level. Was able to do a load of laundry too which was nice. Overall good stay, just needs some upgrades and smaller details addressed.”

“Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property due to a serious access and communication issue. We followed the provided instructions, which stated the door code would be the last 4 digits of the reservation phone number. That code worked for the first 2 days, then suddenly stopped working, leaving us locked out for approximately 6 hours with our children and all of our belongings inside. RedAwning Guest Services repeatedly tried to reach the listed local contact without success. We only regained access after asking a neighbor for help, who contacted the local host’s sister. We ultimately left early and stayed at a hotel. When the local host finally contacted me days later, he was rude and questioned how we had even gotten into the property initially, then said we should have received a separate email with different instructions—which we never received. A very frustrating and unacceptable experience.”

“I was a little concerned about street parking, but it was never a problem, even coming back on a Friday evening after going out for the day. Park next door was great for a 4 yr old. Took most of the day to cool off the main room and the bedroom, but then was comfortable. We used the bed, sofa and blow up mattress, all comfortable. Took a bit to find blow up mattress, but another set of eyes found the bag in the closet Pleasant backyard. Walkable neighborhood for coffee, pizza and a place to pick up some milk”
