“This home actually exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos. It was so well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, and so many fun things to do in this home. The beds are also super comfortable, which is always at the top of my list! So much space for our party of 7 and high quality furniture. Ample parking and the fenced in yard (although a bit steep, made having our dog there even easier. It’s about an 18 min drive into Boone and a pretty easy “straight” shot to and from. Just a note, hover, that the dryer did NOT work, which was a disappointment since we had so many of us staying for nine days, several of us wanted and tried to do laundry, but really couldn’t because the dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes. I did let the host know about this issue, so hopefully they will have it addressed before the next guest. All-in-all—Love, love, love this place!”

“GREAT CABIN. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT 4 STARS WAS THE ACCESS. ONCE YOU TURN OFF THE MAIN ROAD, YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ANOTHER 2 MILES ON A GRAVEL RD. THIS TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES. WE HAD TO BE IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE A LOT AND THIS CAUSED A BIT OF A HEADACHE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SECLUDED CABIN IN THE WOODS TO SPEND A WEEKEND STAYING IN, THIS IS THE PLACE.”

“Great cabin for 12 of us. Clean. Took 2 days to receive the wood we pre-ordered. Missing one of the games listed downstairs. Would stay here again. Accommodated large family well. Hot tub did not stay hot.”

“Very nice clean place, great for large groups. No air hockey table like pictured but there was foosball. The house has also been updated to a red(ish) color? that looks very different from what the pictures of the outside of the house looks like. But overall a very clean nice place to get away on vacation. The views were definitely good, only a 30 minute drive to Boone.”
