“This house was perfect for our family of eight. Great space and the view of the ocean was amazing. Having a private walkway to the beach was an added bonus since we had little kids and didn’t have to carry our beach chairs and coolers that far. We used the porch daily to drink coffee and plan our daily activities. This house has the best kitchen for rental property…very well stocked in dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc…we enjoyed it so much that we are returning next year!”

“Perfect location and size for our family. Please be prepared that you will need nearly EVERYTHING with regards to amenities. There is a hairdryer and kitchen cooking items but no spices, shampoo/conditioner, body lotions, blankets, etc. we were prepared to rent towels but then saw the note about not having toilet paper or paper towels either. So we made a target order and then added to it when we saw the showers were bare and we needed laundry and dishwashing pods also. We were flying so this was a big add on logistically with little kids in tow. We ended up at the store every day due to needing things that we assumed would be there. It added a few hundred dollars onto the trip that we weren’t prepared for so it’s just some thing good to be aware of. We absolutely love the house and the location and the size. Downstairs is really musty so that’s something to not if you’re sensitive. We loved having the beach chairs and wagon available!”

“This place is very spacious. It worked well for our group of 3 couples plus local guests. We served a Top Sail Steamer dinner for nine in the kitchen/dining area and all the space was great. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the spacious upstairs deck as well as the lower level hammocks. The walk to the beach takes just a couple minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood, with some street noise from cars on busy evenings. We did not use the downstairs bedrooms, but it looked like each had separate cooling. We did enjoy the ping pong table located in the garage. Seascape rentals does not supply paper products, which is different from other rentals.”
