Sea Coast Rentals

Sea Coast Rentals's guest rating of 4.60 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The home was beautiful just as the picture. The location was down a quiet street about 2 blocks away from beach access. I only had 2 issues. One: golf cart rentals were restricted but would have made getting to and from the beach quick and easy. Two: although Justin communicated in the house description that he has a pet that visits the home, it would have been nice to sit on the couch without all other the dog hair present. The chair covers did not help. I believe the material of the chair coverings were a contributing factor for the amount of hair present. Otherwise, the home, location and stay was perfect.

Good indoor gathering space, nice/updated kitchen and master bath. Great location to beach access

The house itself was nice and was clean. The communication about specific items being there or not being there was poor. The house is close to the beach and the walk was easy but there were not any sidewalks so walking with a family did not seem safe. The beach was very nice.

Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Parking wasn’t ideal for a family of 8 since we could only have 2 vehicles and there is no overnight parking available nearby. The plant on the right side of the driveway needs to be trimmed back as you are not able to exit the passenger side of the vehicle when pulled in due to the plant being in the way. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location of this property as well as the one-floor layout which made it easy for my three young boys to have space to play. The backyard was nice for bocce ball and we got to spend some time in the evening on the back porch which had a nice breeze and ceiling fans. The downside of this property was that it wasn't well cleaned and it was evident it was run by a property management company that was overseeing many houses. The sheets were terribly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on crepe paper. We found moldy coffee grinds in the coffee pot. The floors were not mopped from the last visit and left us all with dirt-covered feet when we walked around barefoot. There was pet hair and an old pet toy under the couch when we arrived. The cabinets had food splattered on them and the dishes we pulled out were not always clean. I think this is part of what is to be expected in a house that is managed by a company, but it just lacked that personal care/touch.

This listing is very misleading. This is only a 1 bedroom condo with a second bed in the livingroom. The ac was broken for over 24hrs while we had a child with us the sheets were stained and had to request new sheets. The pool pass was not present, that also had to be requested. This is also not a private rental that is taken care this property is manage through a 3rd party company. Would not return to this property !!!

Location wise, this is a great beachfront property. Pool is across the street which isn’t as convenient and was closed until the second day of our stay. Parking is limited if you have a larger party, with only 2 spaces available with excess parking also across the street. Lots of room inside with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. But for the price, this place needs a serious deep cleaning. The furniture is worn and dirty, the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were black within 10 minutes of walking around the house. The bed linens were not clean, and the mattresses really need to be replaced. The entire unit had a mild fish smell that just wouldn’t go away, but would probably be solved with a deep cleaning. Basic paper products and cleaning products were also not included. The HOA also decided to spray for bugs during the middle of our stay, which should have been arranged during departure cleaning. Overall ok, just needs an overhaul.

This house is a good budget-friendly option if you're looking for a private pool and easy access to the beach area. We really enjoyed the pool, which had plenty of seating, and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals for our group of eight. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, ice cream shops, and the splash park all within easy reach. The walk to the beach is pleasant once you cross the main road. That said, there were some drawbacks. The beds were not very comfortable, and I would strongly recommend bringing your own sheets. The linens provided by the rental service were disappointing. The king bed upstairs felt more like a mattress topper than a true mattress, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The house is also pet-friendly, so guests should expect to encounter some dog hair. Overall, this property offers good value for the price, especially for families wanting a private pool near the beach, but the bedding situation could use significant improvement.

Beautiful home and very close to the beach. We always walked, no golf cart needed for us. Just FYI, this is a 4 story home which I didn't realize, but there is an elevator. I personally didn't have the patience to wait for the elevator (it was somewhat slow), but others in my family used it. Great for groceries and luggage. The kitchen was well equipped w/ everything you needed. Closet downstairs also had a wagon, toys, beach chairs. Also had a crib which I needed (ended up returning pack and play I bought), and gates (a must for baby). House was very clean, modern, and updated. My only complaints are that the fridge water was not useable. Water ran so slow it wasn't feasible and no one could fix it so we purchased jugs of water all week. Wifi on TV also wasn't working but someone did come out to fix that. Lastly, pool was kind of dirty. The water was pretty cold so we didn't use it anyways which worked out, and we utilized the hot tub a bunch, which was a nice add on to the property.

The location of the condo was key, best view with easy access to beach. Kitchen was well stocked, maybe get new can opener? Decor nice, clean beach vibe. A/C worked nicely with overhead fans helpful. Parking was adequate for two cars. Linen Service could be upgraded, sheets loose on bed, towels thin. Son said his towel had some spots on it when new. Hallway needs a redo, the thin dirty carpet stairs are gross. Inside condo is clean though, overall nice place!
