4.59Visit website
Sea Coast Rentals's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The setting and beach were wonderful. Lovely sitting on third floor porch to watch sunrise. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, however, no spices, salt pepper, oil, foil etc. - you'll need to bring everything you need to cook anything. First time I have had to make and unmake the bed - linens are old/worn. Third floor mattress is motel grade. For >$1300/night I would expect at least toilet paper to be provided! No dishsoap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toiletries....you will need to stock the entire beach house. Coffee maker not specified, asked & given wrong info. Messy pile of beach stuff in shed, some broken, dirty. Dog policy changed from booking to our stay - they tried to get additional fees - luckily Airbnb had a copy of the policy at booking and we were not charged. Made to sign a separate rental lease that differs from terms on Airbnb. Big rental company that does not care about hospitality. First time I would not stay at a place again.”airbnb

“The Airbnb is spacious and has plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The location is great, very walkable , close to the beach and restaurants. On the other hand, the Airbnb provides very little amenities. Although we appreciate the advance notice from the host for bringing toilet paper, paper towels , bath soap, and hand soap these are things I believe the host should atleast have one to two per room. Some of the bathrooms did not have hand soap. There was also a bathroom where the shower liner had mildew on it. One of the bedrooms had dog hair on the bed. Additionally the airbnb provides packaged linens and the guests have to make their own beds on arrival. Overall, it is still a good option for large groups , but more of basic amenities would be nice!”airbnb

“The location is great for families with lots of things close by. The pool and restaurant were great and well maintained. There was supposed to be an adjustable bed but there were no remotes and when asked about it they never got back to me.”airbnb

“Best part of this unit is location for sure and the quiet tranquility of the area. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. When we first reached out it took over 24 hours for a response. We still did not see that issue resolved on our trip. Our 2nd day we had more maintenance issues and we received a response quickly-issue wasn’t fixed on our stay but a solution was offered. We reached out initially before the stay asking if the house had beach chairs and they replied no and we could rent some locally. Well we got there and there were actually chairs. I think with the change of ownership with the property recently a good walk through is needed to address issues/updates. Carpet on stairs needs to be replaced, ceiling fans were dirty, upstairs doors all squeaked or were stuck when opening among other things we addressed with them privately. The upstairs is very hot and could not cool off. Huge difference in temp from both floors.”airbnb

“The room was nice, easy access to the beach. It was far away from most things including stores, gas, entertainment. There was constantly someone running beach and forth above us all hours of the day and night. The pool was closed for 2 days to clean. The rooms and living room were spacious. The master bathroom was cramped. The elevator seemed very old and dangerous.”airbnb

“For the price I was upset after arriving. Carpets inside of the house felt dirty to walk on and were stained. Had a maintenance issue and I had to call 3 times for updates on the one issue. Under the impression it was the entire house but someone else stays on the third level so it did not truly feel like a place we can enjoy to the fullest. I do think it is over priced for what you pay.”airbnb

“Not worth the price! The units entry door lock would not work and we got locked out multiple times. Pans in the kitchen were dirty with old food still left on them. The bedroom was extremely hot and we needed to run an extra fan our entire stay to circulate airflow. The bathroom sink and shower DID NOT drain, you had to stand in dirty water. We contacted maintenance and were told they would come a day later, when this was our only bathroom. We had to purchase drano to try and unclog it. When they came they showed up unannounced and went in our unit without our consent. We only knew they were there because they moved stuff in the bathroom. What if someone was up there alone? Or with a child? Or better yet, someone was in the shower? We felt very unsafe coming back to the unit each day and night after this. Additionally, the sliding door to the unit did not lock at all. Parking was not guaranteed so it caused us to limit going out of the unit so we didn’t loose a parking spot.”airbnb

“My stay here was okay. When I arrived the place was in clean condition but with noticeable stains on the carpet and outdated. The main bedroom had the dry wall coming off and stains on the wall as well as random holes. It’s a nice place just needs a little work. It did take forever to get inside since the code they send is the incorrect one so you have to call and get a different code. Other than that location is nice since the place is on the beach.”airbnb

“The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly: The Good - Location, Location, Location! Super convenient beachfront condo with parking directly underneath & easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. The Bad - I know this is out of the control of the condo owner, but the foot noise above the condo in the 2nd floor condo was outrageous. Again, I know this is out of the control of the owner(s). But still something that needs to be noted. Also - some outlets didn’t work, which is a little frustrating to have to pick and choose where to plug everything into. The Ugly - We had a condo of 7 adults and 2 children. Space was a little tight (we knew that going in). But after we started our first load of clothes, we quickly realized that the dryer didn’t work. After contacting maintenance, they sent someone 4 days later. Which then he still couldn’t fix the problem. Laundry service was provided as a “supplement” but none of our family felt comfortable leaving clothes outside for a stranger to pickup & wash”airbnb

“This listing is very misleading. This is only a 1 bedroom condo with a second bed in the livingroom. The ac was broken for over 24hrs while we had a child with us the sheets were stained and had to request new sheets. The pool pass was not present, that also had to be requested. This is also not a private rental that is taken care this property is manage through a 3rd party company. Would not return to this property !!!”airbnb
