“This place is amazing. One of the coolest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Super clean and upscale. We’ll definitely be using this one when coming back to Wilmington with a large group. The adjoining suites makes it easy to keep everyone together.”

“Location was great but that was about it unfortunately. I would stay at the Waterway again but not this unit. It smelled like weed the entire time and we had a 3 month old baby with us which the host was aware of. The furniture and rug could really use a deep clean and there was blood stains on a pillow case. When checking under the bed to make sure we got everything there was also trash left over from the previous guests including a pill. Overall just not a great place to stay.”
