“We notified the owner that the AC did not work. They suggested that I make some adjustments to the thermostat, which I did and it still didn't work. Instead of sending someone to fix it I was told to wait, maybe it would start working overnight. It did not, we were hot and miserable. I notified management at 7 am and was told that someone would come. I asked to change units if the AC couldn't be fixed. No one ever came, and I was not offered a different unit. Two nights hot and miserable. It is a first floor unit facing a parking lot so opening the windows was not even an option. I complained and requested a partial refund. I was offered $46. It is a shame, overall we liked the unit. But will not return.”
